Hey,
I'm Rebecca.
My photography passion took hold much later in my adult life. After a career long service in the Army (20+ years) I found myself wondering what to do, NOW, after my retirement in 2019. I tried a second career that was associated with the Army because it would ease my transition into retirement but still felt unsatisfied. I took photos during my kids sporting events and always found myself excited when sharing the pictures to family and friends. This is when my fuse was lit. That was my "A HA" moment. I realized photography made me feel whole, accomplished. I now have a new hobby, a new hobby that allowed me to be "me".
From Combat Boots to Art.
My hobby morphed into taking photos of people in the city, nature, sporting events and even a high school Marching band! Eventually, I ran into someone who wanted to hire me, and the rest is history. I have 4 years of photography experience with happy and satisfied customers. I'm an eager and motivated individual and sometimes a perfectionist. I have come to find that everyone has a connection to photographs, whether through their social media accounts or posters they keep in their rooms. I want to do my part to help foster that connection. I believe the saying that "a picture is worth a thousand words", and I want to be the one taking the picture.
